WHERE
You can cycle or scoot wherever you’d like but there are several routes that we have checked out and would recommend across the peninsula- they are of various lengths and suit different ages and abilities. See our illustrated map for ideas.
WHY
Rethink Now CIC believes that people need people and, even though we are not allowed to meet together at the moment. Fresh air, physical activity, human connection- even if it is just passing another silly cyclist that is also dressed like an idiot- is important. It makes us smile and releases endorphins warding off low mood and depression.
- Being silly is ace!
- Dressing up and making other people smile is epic. We need more of it!
- We are still allowed to wave, smile with our eyes, say hi, share open space.
- We are still allowed to take a flask, wrap some flapjacks and enjoy the great outdoors.
- Let’s create a sense of community and togetherness even though we are apart.

WHO
This event is being organised and run by Rethink Now CIC and is open to all ages and abilities. Our target market is families with pre-school and primary aged children. If you are a Wirral based café or restaurant local to any of the suggested cycle / scoot routes we would love to hear from you if you’d like to have a package deal for families such as a meal deal or milk and treat offer. We understand that 2020 has been a HUGE CHALLENGE for you all and would like to support you in the safest and most appropriate way so get in touch and let us know what would work for you.

There is no need to pre register but we would really LOVE to see your pictures on our social media pages and encourage as many people as possible to get involved.
